On the nose there is some spice and cheap wine. The palate is fruity and semi sweet with the smallest amount of peat/smoke. This gets a little musty but overall it has very little character to it, similar to most blends. The finish is unremarkable. This expression is pretty common in steak house type places as their top shelf. As for retail, bottles can run anywhere from $50 to $80. It’s not a bad bottle, but far from a great expression.
